How to make Biscotti - Original Tuscan Recipe - Real Italian Kitchen

Ingredients: 


400gr Flour
250gr Sugar
150gr Peeled raw almond
3 whole eggs + 2 yokes for the dough (if it's still two crumbly add another yoke)
1 egg to brush the top of the rolls before they go in the oven
1tsp baking powder
orange zest (one orange worth)
salt

Utensils:


1 large bowl
