The Truth about their websites and pages:Let's start by saying that when someone's trying to sell you a product online you should always read the small print at the end of the page FIRST, then read everything else. For example this is what it says at the bottom of their Colo Thin Cleanse BUY NOW page:

The first time I clicked on the White Dress Diet's featured ad on FaceBook it took me directly to the page to buy Colo Thin Cleanse, a product that claims uses all natural herbs yet you can't see the full list of the ingredients, and since that day (about a week ago) the list THEY give you of active ingredients has changed..... !
Since last week they have also added another product: "Green Coffee Bean Extract". It burns fat, no further explanation given.
If you go to their website, whitedressdiet.org, it opens on a fake home page of a fake magazine (Women's Health) that has a fake article with random pictures of stars, first fat then thin, and it claims that you can loose 18 pounds (8kg) in a month thanks to Colo Thin Cleanse and Green Coffee Bean Extract. Every link on the top of the page is a "BUY NOW" link. They claim you can loose 18 pounds (8 kg) in a month without changing your eating habits and without exercise. But now you read the small print, so it all sounds like a lot of bullshit, right?
My healthy alternative to the White Dress Diet:There are a few points we can all agree on: every diet should start with detoxing. Is that enough all by itself? No. But it's a good start.
Herb Pharm sells a product called Liver Health Tonic, it's a liquid extract of all ORGANIC herbs that cleanse your liver and your colon. The active ingredients are : Dandelion Root, Artichoke leaf, Grape Root, Milk Thistle seed, Schisandra berry, Fennel Seed. It's all organic, kept under organic grain alcohol. Take 40 drops 3 times a day, best if before meals. WARNING: it makes you go to the bathroom a lot, but that's also the point of detoxing...!
You shouldn't loose more then 1/2 pounds (0.5/1kg) per week Why? I don't know, do you want to look like an empty wrinkling bag? The skin stretches out when we gain weight, if you loose it all in one sitting it won't have the time to stretch back and it will just fall. Yup. Very attractive.
This section of their article is my favorite:
"The reason for why most diets fail, in our opinion, is that they impose unrealistic restrictions on how you live your life. Some advocate eating tons of protein others emphasize carbohydrates. In either case, you're left with having to make rather drastic changes to the types of food you eat and when you eat it. "
YOU DO HAVE TO CHANGE YOUR BAD EATING HABITS TO LOOSE WEIGHT.I'm sorry. There is no miracle. Loosing weight is hard. I have a full article on the kind of diet I follow you can find it here:
In a nutshell NO processed food NO soda (one can of coke has the same sugar content as a candy bar: "what would you like to drink?" "I'll have a twix please").
BE MORE ACTIVE DURING YOUR DAY!Exercising doesn't only mean going to the gym: go for a walk; do the stairs instead of taking the elevator; park a little farther from work so you can walk a little longer; instead of taking the taxi right outside your door, walk a couple of blocks down. There are a tun of things you can "trick" yourself into doing to make yourself more active! Of course, practicing a sport or going to the gym is always the most affective, but changing your life style is what is going to make the weight loss permanent and not just a summer thing.
I hope this was helpful
