How to recover from a day of fried/heavy food

I had a terrible day of eating today.

Very weird chinese food for lunch (fish dipped in a very oily broth) and one glass of red wine and fries for dinner. Not good.

So what to do to recover from such a day of bad heavy food? The answer is fish.
It has been proven that fish helps eliminate toxins, helps detox the liver and the kidneys.

In the spirit of detox tomorrow's menu will be:

Breakfast:
Fresh fruit juice with oranges, celery, dandelion, apples.
A toasted piece of bread with a veil of jam.
Coffee or tea, no sugar
Nuts or yogurt.

Snack:
Yogurt or nuts

Lunch:
Grilled Mahi Mahi with seasonal vegetables (raw, steamed, grilled or baked).
Crackers.
Coffee or tea.

Snack:
Fruit Fruit Fruit

Dinner:
Tilapia with tomatoes and cilantro.
Rice.
A diuretic tea with a spoon of honey.

Check back tomorrow for the recipes.
Have a great night and if you are in Philadelphia, don't forget to look at the sky tonight, it's beautiful, so clear.
