This is a really fast dish if you have the Bolognese sauce ready to go.
I used spaghetti because they cook faster, but you can use what ever pasta you prefer.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil with a spoon full of salt in it. Throw 80 grams of pasta in (50grams if you're on a diet), which is about 1/4 of an average box. Cook for 2 minutes less then directed on the box, so for example, if on the spaghetti box it says cooking time 9 minutes, cook it for 7.
While the pasta is cooking warm the sauce up in a non stick pan with some butter or olive oil.
At this point the pasta should be ready, put some of the water you cooked the past in in the pan with the sauce, strain the pasta, finish cooking the pasta in the pan with the sauce.
Saute' the pasta with the sauce, bringing the pasta to the desired cooking time. I like it "al dente", meaning that when you bite into it you can see "l'anima" (literally "the soul"), so just a little bit whiter in the middle.
Cover with a mountain of parmigiano reggiano cheese and serve!

Enjoy!
